The only way for UBC students to get official accomidations. Documentation is required, and resigter early as it can take awhile.

A compilation of local resources for Disabled people. Categories include advocacy, care aids, housing, jobs, parking, recreation, mental health and travel.

Their advocates can help you apply for Persons With Disability (PWD) and some other benefits. They have other resources about getting the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) and opening a Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP.)

 

They also have a Disability Law Clinic: a Summary Advice and Referral Service that offers free legal services on disability-related areas of law.

UBC Law Disability Alliance

ULDA is a student group who creates a community space and advocates for students with disabilities at Allard School of Law. The club aims to help remove the barriers students with disabilities face at law school and within the legal profession.
